Participants are supplied with an electronic Learning Guide for the Course by email. The Learning Guide recommends further reading for the course.

Participants are also supplied with electronic Assessment Guides so they can undertake assessment leading to a qualification.

Participants can enrol in individual short courses through open learning or can undertake the Qualifications of Diploma or Certificate in Business.
