The skills to influence other people are crucial to many people working in organisations. Whether the influencing is to peers, to teams, to managers, customers or other stakeholders the influencing should be both persuasive and ethical.

This very practical course takes you through the stages of planning, preparing and delivering effective ways to influence others. We explore the factors have that a significant effect in influencing people. This is a very practical course and you gain lots of strategies, hints and tips that help you improve your influencing strategies and skills.

2.       Set goals for influencing people in a variety of situations

3.       Plan some effective ways of influencing relevant to your work situation

4.       Prepare resources that aid the influencing
