Management Qualifications for Managers

You can now enrol in our Diploma of Business (Frontline Management) BSB 51004, Certificate  IV in Business (Frontline Management) BSB41004, Certificate III in Business (Frontline Management) BSB30504 from the Business Services 2004 Training Package, or short training courses in areas such as leadership, people management, work priorities, change and innovation, workplace relationships, customer service, continuous improvement, team work, workplace learning, information management, manage operations, workplace learning, mange projects.

Organisations can join other leading corporates such as BOC,  Bovis Lend Lease, Serono, Pickles Auctioneers and NSW Health  that have set up their own tailor made frontline management L&D programs in partnership with FMI.

Open Learning or Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) options are also available.

 

Government funding for employers

Employers may be able to gain government funding of approximately $4,000 per eligible employee when they undertake the Frontline Management Institute's Certificate IV in Business (Frontline Management) . Contact FMI on 02 9281 2635 to discuss how employers can find out more.

 

FMI Scholarship Program

for Community and Health Frontline Managers

The Frontline Management Institute has made available a limited number of scholarships for frontline managers or those moving towards this role in community and Health not for profit organisations. These scholarships allow participants to complete the Diploma of Business (FM) or the Certificate IV in Business (FM) by Open Learning for 50% of the standard fee.
